Healthcare organizations collect thousands of patient satisfaction surveys every month, but struggle to extract actionable insights from unstructured feedback. Traditional analysis is manual, time-consuming, and often misses critical patterns that could improve patient care.
š¬ My AI-Powered Approach
Dataset Creation: I developed a realistic patient satisfaction dataset covering 15 surveys across 4 hospital departments (Emergency, Cardiology, Oncology, Orthopedics) with multiple satisfaction metrics and unstructured patient comments.
AI Implementation: Using Python and Google Colab, I applied natural language processing through TextBlob to perform sentiment analysis on patient comments, categorizing feedback as positive, negative, or neutral.
Statistical Analysis: I calculated correlation coefficients between various satisfaction factors to identify the strongest predictors of overall patient satisfaction.
